Aftercare was created for the administrative burden that arrives at the worst possible time. A death can require a family to contact banks, government agencies, subscription services, digital platforms, and funeral vendors while also gathering records and making deeply personal decisions.

Our mission is to give families one calm, accountable point of contact. We combine human concierge support with careful technology to organize the work, surface overlooked accounts, and keep every action visible and permission-based.

We also work with employers, hospices, and funeral providers to make practical bereavement support available before a family has to search for it alone.
